About Us
A modern home, in the heart of Cusco
All 4 bedrooms have a super comfortable bed, covered in 100% pure Peruvian cotton of high quality with the perfect pillows. All rooms have bedside lamps with bedside tables and associated closets where you can store your clothes. Extra duvets or blankets can be borrowed on request before arrival. The rooms are designed to promote a good night’s sleep. If you want even more well-being, we recommend one after treatment in our small spa, to recover and get your energy back, after a busy day with beautiful surroundings in Cusco city and mountains.
All rooms have their own bathrooms with the essential amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and plenty of hot water, the towels are also made of cotton with the finest context.
Chasqa – Double room + 2 cots
This room has 2 beds a double bed for a couple and a single bed for one or 2 children is very ventilated with very light, it has a blanket 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers with a mirror to store your clothes. the bathroom is next door as well as a cozy indoor and outdoor terrace
Sonqo – Single room
a perfect room for a single person in the cozy bedroom with shelves for the clothes bedside table and comfortable bed with the 100% Peruvian cotton in duvets and lining. You also have your own bathroom.
Khuyay – Suite
This room is our suite with a king size bed very comfortable, the room has a blanket as well as very well ventilated room with a beautiful view of the Andes around Cusco and the large bathroom with a kind of bath that is quite refreshing on hot days.
Wayra – double room
This room is in has a double bed with the same characteristics as the other rooms have a large closet and a wooden floor if you have any allergies, it has its own bathroom with all comforts such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion towels and plenty of hot water.
The kitchen
The kitchen is available but I suggest you let me make your dinner. I prepare everything from traditional Peruvian food homemade and with organic products bought from the direct farmers in the markets, to international food. Cold and hot water for coffee or tea is always available.
Mini Spa
The spa is a small room in the house with a proper massage bed where you can get various treatments provided by one of the professional experienced specialists in balancing your energy with your body and inner spirit using some special Andean stones and oleos. ask for more information so we can book you a place via our email admin@nichibb.com

Great place, great service, and really delicious food. Clearly better than a hotel and so at a good price. Highly recommended. House rules
- No smoking inside.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties.
- Leave the house clean and tidy.
- Cleaning products are in the laundry room.
- Any damage caused by you, both the property and things in the apartment, will be replaced and deducted from your deposit. Overviews the price of the damage deposit payable contact before departure.
- It is allowed to have visits but they are not allowed to stay overnight.
- Please select the biodegradable waste in the separate bag under the kitchen sink and the rest of the waste plastic, paper metal, etc. put it in the big trash can next to the fridge.
- Ask the porter on the ground floor for information on when to pick up the trash service, but is usually Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Just leave it outside the door, the porter must pick them up.
