Welcome to Nichi Bed and Breakfast, I want to make the most wonderful homelike to receive you in the heart of Cusco City, I am dedicated to make all my guest feel like they are at their own home, with small corners like my little terrace in doors for a delicious cup of tea or coffee and the exterior terrace to get son sunshine at noon. The dinning experience is also trying to keep the highest standards of what the Peruvian food has become, besides is the massage room with a massage therapist that will decompress and adjust your body to Cusco City’s high altitude (3,300 mts), she does a great job with aromatherapy energetic quarz and volcanic stones. I am very conscious of the environment therefore we select and classified the rubbish , we will let you know at your arrival. I am proud of the cleanness of all my 4 bedrooms, they are very comfortable therefore I guarantee a 100% a good sleep. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with the necessary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and plenty of hot water, the towels are also made of cotton with the finest texture for you to enjoy.

My name is Nichi and I want to be your host I have lived here in Cusco all my life, I live alone in my apartment, I am a window and my 2 daughters live away from Cusco one lives in Lima and the other in Denmark, we always like to travel and I know how important it is to find a cozy welcoming hotel or bed and breakfast so it is my main goal to give my guest a real home experience and create all suitable opportunities to make them feel comfortable in a warm house very close to the center of town.
My neighborhood is a quiet place where you can sleep well away from the lively bars in the center, we can not hear the cars driving around, so I guarantee a really good sleep.

In the condominium I have a place to park your car even though there is free parking on the streets, which is also safe and easy.
Kitchen
You can have the kitchen available, but I suggest you let me make your dinner, I prepare from traditional Peruvian food homemade and with organic products bought them from the direct farmers in the markets, to international food like Italian pizzas with my own touch, let I hear what you would like to eat and I can arrange the most delicious meals tailored to your needs (vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerance, etc.). I always provide cold and hot water for coffee or tea. I have a fridge and a freezer where you can store your drinks. Unfortunately I do not have a dishwasher so you have to leave them clean and tight after use.
Washer and Dryer
If you want some laundry, it is me who is responsible for doing it for an additional fee, but your clothes will be washed, dried and ironed after the departments.

We have free Wifi throughout the apartment, which is both fast and reliable.

Smoking in the house or near the public areas of the condominium is prohibited.
• Children are welcome in our Bed and Breakfast, we have some children’s toys and playgrounds around.
A security deposit of $ 50 is required upon check-in and is refundable upon check-out.
Pay attention to mother soil and separate the waste in the correct bins, which are supplied black for plastic and green for the organic waste.
• Leave the room under the same conditions as you received
• The towels you want to have replaced, leave them in the basket in the bathroom.
