quality with the perfect pillows, anti-allergic duvets, bedside lamps, bedside tables, as well as closets where you can store your clothes. All rooms have their own bathrooms with the necessary facilities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and plenty of hot water, the towels are also made of cotton with the finest texture for you

Delux Chaska Room – double bed (1 queen bed + 1 single bed)
This charming room is perfect for a small family, you can also have some toys available for children, it is a room with a lot of sunshine and nice views, it has a very close bathroom with a lot of hot water you can have a bath in family jacuzzi.
Room Sonqo – Single Bed
Our single room is only for you who travel on your own or if you are part of a group and would like your privacy. this room is perfect for a good rest in quiet and cozy surroundings. The bathroom is next door with a delighful shower.
Room Wayra – Double bed
Another double bed with lovely views of the mountains and the huancaro residential area. It is also close to the bathroom and has a large wardrobe for your clothes.
Suite Khuyay Super king size bed
This junior suite is the perfect room for couples, although the bed is huge, if you would like to have a child in the parents’ bed, it will also work fine. The room has its own living room and terrace outside, the bathroom with a bath next to it will restore you after a long day of sightseeing in Cusco City.

House rules
- Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, but outside it is allowed
Pets are not allowed. - Noisy parties are not allowed for the sake of our neighbors
- Please leave the house clean when you found it, the cleaners are in the laundry room
- If you managed to change the dirty liners, leave them in the basket at the laundry, you have some extra fresh in the massage room
- Any damage to the house or its artifacts can be taken from your deposit as a guarantee.
- Visitors are allowed not to stay overnight.
- Please select the biodegradable waste in the separate bag under the kitchen sink, and the rest of the waste plastic, paper metal, etc. put it in the large rubbish bin next to the refrigerator.
- Ask the porter on the ground floor for information on when to pick up the garbage service, but it is usually Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Just leave it outside the door for the porter to pick them up.
Polices
- You prepaid your reservation 50% in advance if you need to cancel, must be done one week before the arrival date to refund you in full, otherwise the host will take the full amount.
- On arrival you make a deposit on the other half plus $ 500 as a guarantee. which will
refunded to you immediately after you leave the apartment. - Please let us know the time of check-in to have the keys delivered as well as the time of check-out in order to pick them up.
